Refund Policy for Talent Bridge Solutions TT

At Talent Bridge Solutions TT, we are committed to client satisfaction and delivering high-quality professional services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for our services: career coaching, resume writing, mock interviews, and HR consultancy for startups.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service. By engaging with Talent Bridge Solutions TT, you agree to the terms herein.

1. General Refund Principles

  • No Refunds for Completed Services: Generally, refunds are not provided once a service has been fully rendered, commenced, or the agreed-upon deliverables have been provided. This includes, but is not limited to, completed coaching sessions, delivered resume drafts, conducted mock interviews, or initiated HR consultancy projects.

  • Case-by-Case Basis: Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Talent Bridge Solutions TT and will be handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances.

  • Non-Transferable: Services and associated payments are non-transferable.

2. Specific Service Refund Conditions

2.1. Resume Writing (Impact Resumes)

  • Before Work Commences: A full refund may be issued if you cancel your resume writing service request before our team has begun any work on your resume (e.g., before the initial consultation or before any drafting has started).

  • After Initial Draft/Consultation: No refunds will be issued once the initial consultation has taken place, or the first draft of your resume/CV/cover letter has been provided to you, as significant professional time and effort will have been invested. Revisions are part of the service agreement.

2.2. Mock Interview (Interview Edge)

  • Cancellation with Notice: A full refund may be issued if you cancel a scheduled mock interview session with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice/No-Show: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or for no-shows. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

2.3. Career Coaching (Pathfinder Coaching)

  • Single Sessions:

    • A full refund may be issued if you cancel a single coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice.

    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or for no-shows.

  • Coaching Packages (Multiple Sessions):

    • If you cancel a coaching package before the first session has taken place, a full refund for the entire package may be issued.

    • If you cancel a coaching package after the first session has taken place, but before all sessions are completed, a partial refund may be considered for unused sessions, calculated at the full single-session rate for sessions already consumed, plus any non-refundable administrative fees or material costs.

    • No refunds will be provided for completed sessions within a package.

2.4. HR Consultancy for Startups (Startup HR Solutions)

  • Project-Based Services: Refund terms for project-based HR consultancy will be explicitly outlined in the individual Service Agreement or Proposal for each project. Generally, no refunds are issued once a project phase or deliverable has been completed and accepted.

  • Retainer-Based Services: Refund terms for retainer-based HR consultancy will be specified in the Retainer Agreement. Typically, unused retainer hours may be non-refundable, or subject to specific pro-rata calculations as per the agreement.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@talentbridgesolutionstt.com. Please include:

  • Your full name and contact information.

  • The service(s) for which you are requesting a refund.

  • The date of purchase and relevant invoice/receipt number.

  • A detailed reason for your refund request.

  • We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment processor.
